Terms and Conditions

You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions when submit an order through the online shop on our website (  Each order you submit through the online shop on our website will be a separate and binding agreement between you and Principals Australia Institute Ltd ABN 371 63 346 594 (us/we/PAI/Principals Australia Institute) with respect to the supply of goods, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Placing an order

An order submitted by you through the online shop on our website is an offer by you to purchase goods for the price plus any delivery fee as specified at the time you submit your order.  That offer cannot be withdrawn by you without our prior consent.  In submitting your order, you represent and warrant to us that:

In completing the electronic form to make your order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details to enable the processing and delivery of your order.  You must check your order carefully prior to submitting your order with us.

Acceptance of orders

When we accept your order, it represents an agreement by Principals Australia Institue to supply you the goods in accordance with the order and these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to accept or not accept your order for any reason at any time.  Without limitation, some of our goods may be out of stock or unavailable or may not be available to delivery to certain locations outside of Australia for legal or other restrictions.  In the event that we do not accept your order, we will notify you of that we have not accepted your order and the reasons within 14 business days after the placement of the order wherever possible and make reasonable endeavours to refund any money paid to us in respect of that order in 30 business days.

Price and payment

In respect of any order, we will charge you and you agree to pay us the price at the time the order is submitted and a delivery fee dependent on the shipping address and delivery time frame nominated by you on the electronic order form.  The price and a delivery fee is inclusive of GST.  The price and delivery fee is in Australian dollars and will be charged in Australian dollars.  The price and delivery fee must be paid by any of the methods specified on the electronic order form on our website from time to time, which includes but are not limited to PayPal and credit card, unless PAI agrees otherwise.  An invoice will be emailed to you by PAI for GST purposes and as a record of payment. 


Principals Australia Institute uses third party postal and shipping companies (delivery agents) to deliver your goods.  The delivery of goods in your order will take place at the shipping address specified by you during the order process on our online shop.  If we are unable to deliver your goods to the shipping address, a calling card will be left for you notifying you where the goods have been delivered for collection by you.  It is your responsibility to follow the instructions stated on the calling card.  If you goods are required to be redelivered, you may be required to pay any associated fees for redelivery.  You warrant to Principals Australia Institute that any nominated representative receiving the goods on your behalf at the shipping address is duly authorised by you to do so.

Upon delivery, you must inspect your goods and check that the goods delivered match your order.  You should let us know about any defective, damaged, missing and incorrect goods as soon as possible by email at or phone (08) 8394 2100.

Risk and title

Risk and title in the goods passes to you on the date and time of deliver of the goods to the delivery agent.

Order cancellations

Cancellations of your order or changes to the goods in your order may only be made by our agreement unless otherwise required by law.  You must submit a request to cancel your order or change the goods in your order to us by email at or phone (08) 8394 2100.  We will notify you if we accept or not accept your request to cancel or change the goods in your order within 14 business days after your request is submitted.  In the event that we agree to cancel your order, we will make reasonable endeavours to refund any money paid to us to your original method of payment in respect of that order in 30 business days. 

Returns, refunds and replacements

You are able to return faulty or damaged goods or any delivery that has missing or incorrect goods.  You must email us at or phone (08) 8394 2100 with the order number and the details of the goods that you wish to return.  Once you have returned the goods at our instructions and we have inspected the goods, we will confirm if you are entitled to receive a refund for the goods returned or a replacement of the goods returned, if stock is available.  We will make reasonable endeavours to refund any money paid to us for the returned goods to your original method of payment, or replace the returned goods, in 30 business days.  We will ensure all costs associated with returned goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you.  We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

Promotions and discounts

You may receive offers and promotions which include a coupon code for use when shopping through the online shop on our website.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon code is valid, and that you enter the code at the time of submitting your order.  We cannot apply the code retrospectively once you have submitted your order.  You must comply with any terms and conditions of the coupon code.


The information on the online shop on our website about the goods are correct to the best of our knowledge at the date of publication but we cannot guarantee any time or amenity mentioned will be available especially where we have no direct control over it. 

Errors & omissions

Although we have made a reasonable attempt to verify the accuracy of statements made in description of goods on our website we cannot be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may occur.


In the event that any term or condition contained in these terms and conditions is unenforceable or void by operation of law or as being against public policy or for any other reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from this contract or amended accordingly only to such extent necessary to allow all remaining terms and conditions to survive and continue as binding.

Privacy Policy

In order to process your order, we need to collect certain personal details from you.  We will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at  It also sets out your rights of access to your personal information held by us.

The information may be disclosed to our delivery agents, service providers or other suppliers for the purpose of delivering your goods.

Applicable law

The laws of South Australia govern these terms and conditions.  Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
